I’m reaching out on behalf of Miami Ad School SL. We have an event on the 5th of March that needs coverage.

About the event :
We had 4 programmes and this event is to celebrate the graduates of those programmes. However, this is not a typical graduation – it’s a bit more modern.
Location : Cinnamon Lakeside, Outdoors.
Time and Date : 5th of March 2022, Official event will be from 4pm to 7pm, followed by a fellowship.(Approx.3 hours in total)
Basic Requirements :
– Instant Photos are needed : 1. When the student is receiving their certificate by their mentors 2. An individual photo with the student holding the certificate (in front of a backdrop)
– A group picture (4 group pictures in total as there are 4 programmes)
– Graduation Picture (A picture with all the graduates from all the programmes – all the names and absentees should be mentioned)
– Event Coverage
This should be the basic package. But if Graduates need, they should have an option to pay and take family pictures and pictures with props. (Please give us details on how props are handled- should we hand over the props? will you guys be making them?)
Additional Notes
– Please send across the sizes of the pictures
– Proposal with the prices
– We would also like videography, please let us know if you guys do that as well.
